The website was easy to search and place an order, which arrived within a week. My quibble would be with your returns policy. One of my plants appeared on arrival to be less robust than the others and died off over the course of the next week. Having contacted you by email I was asked to return it for examination (at my expense). I got the impression that you do it this a) to discourage returns and b) your default position is that the customer is at fault. I can understand that you don't want to open yourself to fraudulent claims of dead plants however the plant was only a few pounds and it would probably cost me no more to buy a new one that to go to the trouble and expense of returning a plant that you'll probably say had died through my treatment of it. This plant was especially important to me as it is one of the few I have found that has the name "Hannah Louise", which is the name of my daughter who died, and I had planned to plant two in my garden and give one to my sister.
ALLWOODS COMMENT: our returns policy is so we can see what the problem was to stop it happening to the replacement plant, we usually include a complimentary plant to reimburse postage costs incurred.
