Perpetual flowering carnation - One of the most popular varieties with it's pale yellow blooms with pink-orange edging.
They are generally not winter hardy in the garden as they don't like to be too wet and cold at the same time, so it is advisable to bring them into a greenhouse or conservatory end September / October and keep over winter inside. If in a heated environment many can still produce flowers during the winter months.
