We fully understand that we are sending living plants so there is always the possibility that something may go wrong along the way! Most nurseries say that once they have delivered the plants to you they are your responsibility, but we offer a full 30 Day Guarantee. If, at any time during the first 30 days, you are unhappy for any reason then simply return the items back to us, ideally use the original packaging, if you are unable to use the original packaging then a stout box or padded envelope may work. If the item is not faulty or damaged it must be returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value & will not refund the postage costs.
On receipt of the returned items we will replace them or refund your money, orders outside of the UK will receive a refund, not replacement plants. If you phone or email to tell us about a plant you are unhappy with, we will ask you to return it.
If you do not return the plants to us that you are unhappy with, then we cannot replace or refund them.
We can only keep our standards high by investigating the cause of problems. We feel 30 days is a very fair guarantee period, as once the items have left us we have no control over their care, so please do not return plants after that length of time or expect us to refund or replace them.
If for any reason you are unable to return problem plants to us, we will not be able to replace them however we will record the information to monitor any problems a particular variety may have and to ensure our service remains outstanding.
Regretfully Allwoods (Hassocks) Ltd does not pay the cost of returning an item to us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
